Why training matters to us

At Kimon, we’re not a revolving-door outsourcing firm. We invest heavily in every person we hire, because a trained, motivated team delivers better results for our clients.

68% of our managers have been promoted from within. That doesn’t happen by accident, it happens because we make continuous development a core part of how we operate.

Common Questions

Answers to what clients most often ask about Kimon’s approach to training.

Most team members complete induction within the first week and are fully operational within the first month. Clients always have a fully briefed senior contact during any ramp-up period.
Training is managed centrally by Kimon’s operations team — not left to individual line managers. Every team member follows a structured programme regardless of which client they support.
We maintain comprehensive handover documentation for every role. When someone moves on, their replacement goes through the same onboarding and is brought up to speed by the team. Your continuity isn’t at risk.
Many of our team hold professional certifications in their areas, including bookkeeping, HR, and digital tools. We support and fund relevant qualifications as part of our ongoing development commitment.
Yes. Once assigned to your account, team members receive client-specific training covering your systems, processes and preferences — in addition to Kimon’s core programme.
